Students Recognized for Fundraising Efforts
Nine students from the Annual Fund caller program were honored for individual fundraising contributions of more than $25,000 during the annual presentation of the $25,000 Pyramid awards.
The $25,000 Pyramid award recognizes students working in the Office of Annual Giving Programs who raise at least $25,000 for Texas Tech through the office’s Annual Fund caller program. Annual Fund callers raise money to support academic programs at Texas Tech and enjoy a unique opportunity to give back to their university while gaining valuable professional experience.
The awards were presented by Associate Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement Scott Cooksey and Senior Director of Annual Giving Programs Deborah Finlayson. Since the creation of the $25,000 Pyramid award, 80 students have been recognized for their fundraising contributions to Texas Tech.
