Texas Tech Recognizes New Matador Society Members

The Texas Tech University System recognized 17 new members of the Matador Society at an annual gala held Sept. 11 at Jones AT&T Stadium.

The Matador Society recognizes donors who have made a planned gift to the Texas Tech University System. Planned gifts may be made through a variety of estate arrangements, including leaving a bequest in a will or naming Texas Tech as a beneficiary of a trust, insurance policy or retirement plan.

“We appreciate the individuals who have invested in the great things happening at Texas Tech,” said Kelly Overley, vice chancellor for Institutional Advancement. “Their gifts demonstrate a commitment to the future of the Texas Tech University System and will impact generations of future students.”
